Our sustainable approach

Corporate Social Responsibility is the pillar of Valor Services Group. On the one hand, we focus on unique biological treatments in our work. On the other hand, we also work every day to create a sustainable company where everyone feels respected and we take steps to reduce our footprint.

Cleaners

We work with organic cleaning agents as much as possible and even developed our own unique biological systems such as BioVent, which is responsible for the daily cleaning of cooker hoods.

Fleet

The Valorists often arrive on site by car. To keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible, we always replace our vehicles with the most innovative and ecological models on the market.

Digitization

We leave the printer and mountains of paper behind us. We invest in modern digital platforms and resolutely opt for digital quotes and invoices.

Sustainable business

The Valorists are the basis of Valor Services Group. They are real experts who go through an entire process within the company. We keep them on board by investing in training, team activities and adapt the work to everyone's capacity.

Our sustainable approach

As a company, we don't want to sit on the sidelines and tell you how to do it, but we want to take a leading role in helping to make sustainability better. As a specialist in cleaning air ventilation systems and measuring air quality, air quality is also in our DNA. That is why we plant filter strips every year in cooperation with our partner viridiair in the Netherlands.

Through our Platinum partnership, we plant 250 trees in filter strips annually to purify the outside air. In this way, we also contribute to the outside air. It is important to us that we work on local projects that we are sure will also be carried out and we make it an annual tradition to plant together with an entire team.

Support to the Belgian Food Banks

Valor stands for value and we attach great importance to this value, not only in our company, but also beyond. Both the environment and people are close to our hearts. That is why Valor Services Group donates a good amount of money every year to the food banks in Belgium to help the people who need it.

Through our contribution, we mainly help the food banks with the logistical support they need. Every quote that is approved by us, each customer who collaborates with us, contributes indirectly to this donation. For this, we therefore thank our customers for working with us to make a better world.

Every year, we support vzw The Company by treating our employees with chocolate Santa Claus or Easter baskets. By making our purchases matter, we support this organization that works for people with mild to moderate disabilities.

About De Kompanie

We are an inclusive creative studio where people with a mild to moderate (mental) disability and/or motor or sensory disability can participate. Participants are over 14 years old and have a certain amount of task tension and a degree of independence. They are looking for social contacts with their peers and enjoy being (creative).
